Website Design and Communications Assistant (Paused)

WinCan is a faculty collective that works to promote workplace innovation and course-based instructional practices designed to equip students to be workplace innovation enabled upon graduation.  WinCan works with faculty and employers from across Canada and has network relationships with faculty in the UK and Australia.

Working with a stakeholder team of Canada faculty, this role requires the candidate to redesign the WinCan website  https://www.wincan.ca/, improve its accessibility, and re-write the text associated with each section of the website.

CANDIDATE:   This project is ideal for someone with strong communication and design skills (UX/UI), experience designing websites using platforms such as Wix or WordPress, an interest in writing for a public audience and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.   The current website contains the essential information, but the design and functionality need to be updated.  https://www.wincan.ca/

A collaborative approach to working, designing, and editing will be an asset.  The ability to work remotely and self-directed are a must.
