Job Summary

Community Futures North Fraser (CFNF) is seeking a practicum student to lead the redevelopment of our website. This role involves improving both the front-end (user experience, design, and accessibility) and back-end (navigation, functionality, and content management) to ensure the site is user-friendly and consistent with CFNF brand guidelines. The student will research best practices and review other Community Futures websites to create a cohesive and professional online presence.


Responsibilities include evaluating whether to maintain the current WordPress platform or recommend and implement a more suitable platform. The ideal student will be tech-savvy, resourceful, and comfortable working with web development tools and content management systems.


CANDIDATE:

  • Tech-savvy with website development or CMS experience (WordPress or similar)

  • Strong Design sense; able to follow brand guidelines

  • Research and problem-solving skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented and collaborative
