Job Summary
For over 50-years, this organization has relied on dedicated staff and volunteers to provide quality programs and services for a rapidly growing community. We are seeking a suitable candidate to coordinate the Volunteer program. In this role, the candidate will:
Assist with recruitment, screening, and onboarding of new volunteers
Help maintain the volunteer database and schedule shifts
Support volunteer training and recognition efforts
Communicate with volunteers regularly through email, phone, and in-person
Coordinate event logistics, including venue, supplies, and setup/teardown
Support event promotion via social media, email, and print materials
Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to improve engagement and impact
Optional attendance at Community events with our booth.

Be comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and social media platforms
