Social Media Assistant

This practicum opportunity offers students the chance to develop professional communications content for the Abbotsford Police Department. This will involve assisting the Media Relations Unit with social media management, content creation, professional writing and more.  

Candidate: The ideal candidate will be interested in learning how media relations operate in a government agency. Excellent oral and written communications skills, and a high level of professional competency and confidentiality will be required.

Note: Security Clearance is required. This opportunity is open to students in Communications.
