Job Summary
At Hen Dog Marketing, we specialize in rebranding, creative strategy, social media management, email campaigns, and paid ads for a diverse range of businesses. We take a hands-on, 360° approach to marketing, helping our clients grow and stand out in their industries. Our clients include Sidekick Brewing, District 1881, Yves Bisson Sturgeon Co., Mountainview Motorsports, Mountainview Harley, Greendale Acres, Chilliwack Ford, and more!
This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in marketing and communications while working alongside a creative and supportive team. You’ll collaborate with local businesses and community leaders, gaining insight into the fast-paced world of agency life.
This position requires someone with:
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● A creative eye with the ability to create fun and dynamic reels.
● Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
● Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva is essential, Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus)
● The ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and trend awareness
● A passion for storytelling, branding, and community engagement
● (Bonus) Basic knowledge of Google Ads or Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Blog & SEO and Google Analytics
