Job Summary

WinCan is a faculty collective that works to promote inclusive workplace and social innovation and course-based instructional practices designed to equip students to be innovation enabled upon graduation.  WinCan works with faculty and employers from across Canada and has network relationships with faculty in the UK and Australia.

 

Working with a stakeholder team from UFV, this role requires the candidate to conduct environmental scan research, organize student focus groups, attend curriculum, and program planning meetings, review course design materials to provide feedback from a student or working learning perspective, support grant applications for workplace innovation for the larger WinCan, and develop a marketing strategy for launching a new UFV social innovation certificate.


CANDIDATE:   This project is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and an interest in social innovation, workplace learning, sustainability, creative problem solving and instructional programming and design. Some experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods would be asset.  The ability to work with a diverse group of people and collaborative share feedback is required.

 

The ability to work remotely and self-directed are a must.
