Job Summary

Community Futures North Fraser (CFNF) is seeking a practicum student to assist with records management and loan administration. This role will focus on digitizing and organizing records to improve efficiency and accuracy in our systems. The student will be responsible for converting physical loan files into electronic records, organizing existing digital files, and ensuring proper documentation standards are followed.


In addition, the practicum student will support loan administration by entering and maintaining confidential client information, reviewing financial documents, and assisting with the preparation of letters and correspondence for clients. Attention to detail, discretion with sensitive information, and an interest in financial administration are essential.


CANDIDATE:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive client information

  • Comfortable with data entry and working with electronic records

  • Basic understanding of financial documents and correspondence

  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
